Seasoned fillets of Basa served on a bed of rice and finished with a lemon sauce

A selection of cold meats, cheese, rockmelon, roasted capsicum, olives and eggplant

A selection of two types of pasta that is chosen by the management of Ferraro

 

Main Course

Roast Beef

Seasoned beef served with oven roasted tatoes and seasoned vegetables, finished with mushroom gravy sauce

Roast Pork

Seasoned pork, served with oven roasted potatoes and seasoned vegetables, finished with mushroom gravy sauce

Chicken Parmigiana

Crumbed chicken breast topped with mozzarella cheese and Napoli mushroom sauce next to seasoned vegetables and roast potatoes

Grilled Chicken

Maryland chicken served with oven roasted potatoes, seasoned vegetables and finished with a red mushroom sauce.

One Italian styled ice cream that is set by Management of Ferraro

Adults: $47

 

Kids under 12: $30 (full meal provided)

 

Kids under 5: $20 (Chicken strips & chips, Pasta and Dessert)

Group Function Conditions

  • A deposit of $100 minimum is required to secure your booking
  • Tables sizes are from 8 minimum to 12 maximum
  • Completed guest list is due 6 days prior to the function
  • Outstanding payment is required on the night of the function (Cash/Bank Cheque only)
  • Cake to be arranged & delivered by client from 12pm onwards on the day of function
  • Seating arrangement is determined by Management of Ferraro.
